Records Assistant (Filer) - Fixed Term

Are you, or someone you know, interested in an office based part-time, fixed term job to fit in around study or other commitments?

We are looking for someone who can manage their time well, has exceptional organisation skills and able to commit to 15 hours a week until June 2018.

This role will assist in the organization of record and library requests, oversee the movement, returns and filing of physical records and support with the smooth running of our National office records room.

To be successful in this role you will need to have an NCEA level 2 or international equivalent in English and Maths, demonstrate sound proficiency with Microsoft Office products and have a keen eye for detail.

We are looking for someone who is flexible with their time but committed to provide excellent support to our Information Services team.
